Plazma - massage
Massage is individual. Using diverse approaches including gentle touch, strong grips, simple effective manipulations masseur facilitates enjoyable better understanding of individual physical intelligence. Starting point of massage is to induce self-healing process of certain problem in the body.

Plazma - therapy
The Plasma therapy is stil in its experimental phase.It is aimed at individuals that want to tangle certain physical, psychical or spiritual hindrances/challenges consciously using the power of physical intelligence being already at work. The crux of the therapy is the self-referential ability of our physicality which can result in self-healing. In times of trouble we are used to look for help mostly outside and in the porcess of healing we surrender almost totally to other. Which is good. What we can miss in such strategy to healing is our own possibilities to heal ourselves. Again Plasma therapy does not support any extremes for longer period of time (totally surrender to other's to heal us or completely trust our self-healing power).

Extension / Instension - 31.08.2008

Na Plazmi bomo zagotovo preučevali in uporabljali način gibanja, s katerim se spoznate pri Pilatesu in Girotoniki in to je, da pri gibanju premikaš tako, da se deli telesa stalno premikajo stran en od drugega. Vsaj v domišljiji in namenu. Torej, ne samo, da se s celotnim telesom odrivamo od okolice, zato da se gibljemo, pač pa se že deli telesa med seboj odrivajo, da se sproži gibanje. Temu jaz porečem ekstenzija (extension) ali izteg, čeprav gre tudi za odriv ali celo izriv, pa če se sliši tako nasilno. Nasproti temu načelu je seveda vpoteg, vriv ali intenzija (intention). In zanimivo, da besedno pridemo do namere dejanja. Kako poteka intenzija, pa kdaj drugič, predvsem pa na Plazmi. Intenzijo močno uporablja tradicionalni buto, recimo.

Ekstenzijo se da uporabljati tudi v krčitvi, ne samo pri iztegu. Zato bi bilo mogoče bolj govoriti o podaljševanju kot pa iztegu in pa sorodno skrajšanju (intenzija) ali še bolj vpodaljševanje. Praktično to pomeni, da tudi ko pokrčim nogo, lahko obdržim povečevanje razdalje med kolenom in kolkom, čeprav dejansko ju povezuje največja kost v telesu.

Gre za preplet mišične, živčne, dihalne in domišljijske tvari v telesu. Kako natančno se da "naučiti" in odkriti ter nato preučevati in uporabiti v življenju, pa seveda na Plazmi. Table './ops/comments' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
